Display issues

Fixing display problems across iPhone, Android, and desktop.

Solomon is optimised for Safari on iPhone. If something looks off, the steps below will resolve most display problems.

On iPhone

Use Safari. If you're using Chrome, Firefox, or another browser on iPhone, some things may not display correctly. Switch to Safari and try again.

Try a hard refresh. Close the Solomon tab in Safari entirely - swipe it away from the tab view - then reopen it.

On Android

Chrome is the recommended browser for Solomon on Android. To clear cache in Chrome on Android: tap the three-dot menu - Settings - Privacy and security - Clear browsing data, then reload Solomon.

On desktop

Solomon is designed primarily for mobile. If you're using Solomon on desktop and something looks unusual, try switching to a mobile device.
