Sol isn't responding

What to try when Sol isn't responding.

Check your internet connection. Solomon requires an active internet connection.

Wait a moment. Sometimes Sol takes a little longer to respond - particularly when creating something longer.

Refresh the page. On iPhone, close the Safari tab entirely - swipe it away from the tab view - then reopen it. If you've added Solomon to your home screen, close it entirely and reopen it.

Start a new conversation. If the current conversation seems stuck, starting a new one usually resolves it. Your existing conversation is saved and untouched.

Try Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android - these are the recommended browsers for each platform.
