Physical health emergencies

NHS 111 - for urgent physical health concerns, including withdrawal symptoms that are worsening.

A&E - if you are experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms such as seizures, confusion, or hallucinations, go to your nearest A&E or call 999.

For young people

Free, confidential support for anyone under 19. Available 24 hours.

You don't need to be in crisis to save these. Having them somewhere accessible means you don't have to search for them in a moment when searching feels hard.
