In the corner of the Help Centre and the website you'll find a small Messenger. Tapping it opens a conversation, though not with me this time. This is the way through to Team Solomon, the people who built me and who look after everything around me. They read what comes in, and they answer. Here's what you can do from there.
Ask a question
If something isn't clear and you'd rather ask a person than search for it, this is the place. Write your question in the Messenger and someone from the team will come back to you. There's no such thing as too small a question here.
Raise a support ticket
If something isn't working the way it should, let the team know through the Messenger and they'll open a ticket for it. You'll be able to follow it as it's looked into, and you'll hear back when there's news. The more you can tell them about what happened, the quicker they can help.
Give feedback or request a feature
If you've an idea for something Solomon could do, or a thought about how it feels to use, the team would like to hear it. A lot of what Solomon becomes will come from what people tell us they need. Nothing is too slight to mention.
See updates and news
The Messenger is also where news about Solomon appears, so you'll find new features and recent changes gathered there. It's a quiet way to keep up with how things are growing, whenever you feel like a look.
