The Solomon team does not read your conversations.
Your chats with Sol are not monitored, reviewed, or read by anyone at Phenomenal Sp. z o.o. What we do have access to: account information - your name and email address; aggregated, anonymised usage data; error logs and technical diagnostics.
The AI system - Anthropic
Sol's responses are generated by the Anthropic API. When you send a message to Sol, it is sent to Anthropic's systems, which process it and return Sol's response.
Third parties
Solomon does not sell your personal data. Solomon does not share your personal data with advertisers, marketing partners, or any third parties for commercial purposes.
