Complaints

How to raise a complaint, and your right to contact a regulator.

Written by David Henzell

We take complaints seriously. If something has gone wrong - with the service, with how your data was handled, or with how we responded to a request - we want to know and we want to fix it.

Making a complaint to us

Write to us with a clear description of the complaint, what you're asking us to do, and the email address associated with your account if relevant. We'll acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

Data protection authorities

If your complaint concerns how your personal data has been handled and you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the relevant supervisory authority.
